On January 19, 2016, the Cabinet Approves the Cabinet Order for Enforcing the Amended Patent Act and Other Acts of 2015.

・Reviewing the employee invention system [Patent Act]
・Revising the patent fee schedule and other fee schedules [Patent Act, Trademark Act, Act on International Applications under the Patent Cooperation Treaty]
・Improving the provisions for implementing the PLT and the STLT [Patent Act, Trademark Act]
